These 10 NFL quarterbacks enter 2020 with the most pressure.

Is there any other position in sports that gets as much attention as an NFL quarterback? This position often dictates decades for teams, and those who play it are heavily praised or scrutinized.

In short, quarterbacks must deal with a lot of pressure. Usually, these players are deemed the “face of the franchise,” and they constantly bring hope to decimated fanbases.

We have seen teams go years without finding a fit under center, which usually runs parallel with losing football games. On the other side, we have watched dynasties unfold with dominant quarterback play.

Each season, there is a batch of gunslingers who enter the season with a lot to prove.

Here are the 10 quarterbacks who will face the most pressure in 2020

10. Tom Brady, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Yes, Tom Brady has checked off almost every box in his career. He has nothing to prove as far as winning a big game, as he has six Super Bowls to his name. Rather, he will be under the microscope for a different reason than the other signal-callers on this list, mainly because he has already put together such an illustrious career.

However, Brady still has one last accomplishment he would like to achieve: winning without Bill Belichick.

Brady spent 20 years with the New England Patriots and Belichick. Forming one of the greatest quarterback-head coach combinations in league history, both will enter Week 1 of the 2020 season in different cities for the first time since 2000.

Now a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady faces the pressure of competing at age 42 and winning without his former Hall of Fame-caliber head coach. Winning with the Buccaneers is all he has left to do, and many people will be hyper-focused on how well he plays this season.

Brady signed with the Buccaneers looking for one last challenge, and the tension to fulfill that will be high. Even with a packed resume full of accolades and accomplishments, he still faces pressure after such a move.
