Clemson football could have a second Etienne brother joining the program.

Travis Etienne is already a superstar for Clemson football.

The All-American running back from Louisiana is poised to bring the Doak Walker Award back to Clemson, possibly a Heisman Trophy if quarterback teammate Trevor Lawrence has a down September or October for some reason. Regardless, Etienne is a name that makes Clemson Family, and it looks like another Etienne could be making the trek to the Palmetto State soon.

Over Sunday, Clemson extended an offer to Travis Etienne’s younger brother Trevor Etienne. Though his older brother will be in the NFL by then, Trevor Etienne may be a part of Clemson’s 2022 recruiting class. According to 247Sports, he is the No. 13 player from Louisiana and the No. 34 running back in his class. Though only a three-star, he has two more years of high school.

Trevor Etienne could continue his family’s football legacy at Clemson.

At 5-foot-10 and 210 pounds, the Jennings High School standout has offers from all the usual suspects in the SEC, including his home state’s LSU Tigers. Clemson recruits at an SEC blue-blood level, which is why it comes as no surprise how Travis Etienne made his way out of the bayou and into the southland. Could Trevor Etienne follow in his big brother’s footsteps in 2022?

It’s still way too early in the process. 247Sports hasn’t come out with its always-trusty 247Sports Composite for the 2022 class. Assuming Etienne can get up to four-star status after his junior year at Jennings, he could go play anywhere in the country if he feels so inclined. Though some men want to get out of their big brother’s footsteps, it’s hard to turn down a place like Clemson.

Look for Etienne to be in the mix to play for Clemson like his older brother.
