3. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens

Jackson absolutely went off for the Ravens in 2019.

The Heisman Trophy winner embraced the offense built around him and thrived as a result. Not only was Jackson lights out, the entire Baltimore team was fantastic, securing the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC playoffs with a 14-2 record.

When the dust settled, Jackson was named the MVP for his efforts. The former Louisville star completed more than 66 percent of his passes, posting 4,328 yards while also throwing 42 touchdowns to nine interceptions. What’s more, Jackson rushed for 1,206 yards and seven scores, leading the Ravens in rushing yards as they plowed through opponents to the tune of setting a new NFL record for most rushing yards by a team in a season.

There is a near-zero percent chance that Jackson can match his statistical output from a season ago. Still, that does not mean that he isn’t cemented as one of the top quarterbacks in the conference.

The Baltimore system maximizes his arm strength and running ability while minimizing his lack of accuracy. It is a perfect marriage right now.
