Minnesota Vikings fans trolled Kirk Cousins when the team asked them to participate in a TikTok challenge

From the moment Kirk Cousins arrived to the Minnesota Vikings from the Washington Redskins in 2018, fans have surely had a love-hate relationship with the veteran quarterback. While he’s known for making some incredible throws and has a rocket for an arm, Minnesota supporters have grown frustrated with him from time to time.

Take the team’s latest TikTok challenge for example. The Vikings asked fans to post a video of them acting as if they were about to catch a pass from Cousins. As you might have already guessed, some fans decided to troll their quarterback, with the results being pretty dang hilarious.

Kirk Cousins threw for 3,603 yards and 26 touchdowns for the Vikings last season

Hey Kirk, you like that?! Oh goodness, surely he doesn’t. In this clip alone, a Vikings fan produced a viral clip that has made so many folks chuckle. As you can see in the video above, the ball sails over his head and he’s confused as to what’s going on. This is clearly picking at Cousins’ accuracy issues that sometimes take center stage.

While Cousins may have his struggles at times, he’s also put up huge numbers in his first two campaigns with the Vikes. Last season, he threw for 3,603 yards and 26 touchdowns in 15 games. This was a bit of a downfall from his first year in town, though, as Cousins finished with 4,298 yards and 30 touchdowns in 2018.

Last winter, the Vikings stunned the New Orleans Saints in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs but were dominated by the San Francisco 49ers in the Divisional Round. If Cousins wants his fans in Minnesota to stop trolling him like this, he better hope he can lead the team to the Super Bowl in the near future.
