Chiefs: Tyreek Hill really just left Patrick Mahomes hanging (Video)

The Kansas City Chiefs are the reigning Super Bowl champions and at the onset of training camp, it’s clear that this team likes to have fun and doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

There’s no one disrespecting Patrick Mahomes around the NFL, however, that doesn’t mean the reigning Super Bowl MVP doesn’t always get shown the love among his Chiefs teammates.

No, this isn’t any blatant disrespect or anything that will result in a controversy or soap-opera-like headlines. This is more comedic than anything.

After Tyreek Hill hauled in a pass during a drill during training camp, his path took him toward Mahomes who was doing his own workouts and drills. Mahomes extended his hand to dap up Hill who totally snubbed his MVP quarterback and half-billion-dollar man.

This is the most innocent and innocuous thing to come out of Chiefs camp so far, but it’s also so funny in the most subtle way.

Hill and Mahomes have great chemistry on the field where the two hardly are ever not on the same page. You won’t see too many instances where a pass from Mahomes to Hill falls incomplete. However, in this case, it fell incomplete and they’ll just have to try again on second down.

I’m sure Mahomes had to give Hill some flak for missing the opportunity here, but it makes for a fun bit of diversion from training camp, which can be stressful and grueling at times, even for elite talents like Mahomes and Hill.
