Patrick Mahomes mic’d up at practice is everything you’d hope it’d be (Video)

Patrick Mahomes was mic’d up for a Kansas City Chiefs practice and fans will absolutely love seeing the clip. 

With only a limited amount of fans allowed at training camp and for the start of the 2020 NFL season, Kansas City Chiefs supporters are surely bummed out right now knowing they’re not able to watch the reigning Super Bowl champs like they normally would.

However, the Chiefs have gone above and beyond to try to make up for it, consistently posting new photos and videos to their social media pages to help everyone feel like they’re right there for all of the action in what normally would be a packed venue.

On Saturday, Kansas City decided to post a video of Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes mic’d up during practice. As you might expect, it’s incredible to watch, with Mahomes’ bubbling personality being featured from start to finish.

That’s just Mahomes at his finest right there. In the clip above, he’s seen goofing around with teammates, throwing a tight spiral through a donut and more. The way he screams in celebration too is just too perfect. He’s become known for his trick throws.

For Mahomes, it’s easy to smile the days. This offseason, he signed a $502 million extension, bought himself a Ferrari and has seen his the team get even more explosive on offense after they drafted LSU running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire.

After winning the Super Bowl this past February, the Chiefs are the favorites to once again bring home the Vince Lombardi Trophy. Should they get that job done, Mahomes will obviously play a major role in that.

This team is loaded on offense. Defenses had one heck of a time trying to slow Kansas City down last season and things aren’t looking promising for opposing teams in 2020. With Mahomes all smiles and Kansas City eyeing another Super Bowl, life sure is good for Chiefs fans.
