Brandin Cooks, WR HOU
Can you believe that Brandin Cooks is only 26 years old? Every time I’m reminded of that it blows my mind because it seems like he’s been in the league forever.

Cooks is a mere 6 years removed from running his 4.33 combine 40-yard dash. Now, he gets to play the WR1 role in Houston, the first time he’s held that title since his years in New Orleans at the beginning of his career.

DeAndre Hopkins’ departure leaves 104 receptions open in Houston, and while Cooks’ career role has mirrored teammate Will Fuller V’s, Cooks’ talent and career health both indicate a larger role than Fuller’s will be this season.

As of this writing, he is being drafted in slot 99.8, 91st highest ADP, and 37th among WRs. He is ranked as my 21st highest WR. That means he is a huge value in your fantasy football drafts right now.
