The top 30 NFL games of the 2020 season
By Dustin Baker
7. Week 5 – Minnesota Vikings at Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks and Vikings seem to hook up annually, and they’re not even division foes. This match-up will be the third consecutive season the teams have played each other, with Seattle victorious all three times. The way the schedule has shaken out, the Vikings and Seahawks will now play at CenturyLink thrice since the start of 2018.
The bad blood also boils from the Seahawks shocking win over the Vikings in the 2015 NFC Wildcard game. Minnesota kicker Blair Walsh missed a dinker field goal from 27 yards that would have otherwise sent the Vikings to the Divisional Round.
8. Week 6 – Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans
The first AFC division rivalry on the list is a battle of Houston, past and present. The Oilers-of-old, Tennessee Titans, did not win the AFC South in 2019, but they did manage the pave a path to the AFC Championship Game. The Texans, on the other hand, utterly collapsed in the second round of the playoffs at the feet of Chiefs.
By Week 6, both squads will likely be exchanging haymakers for rights to a division title. Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is 3-1 in his career vs. Tennessee with a sweltering 114.1 career passer rating in the four contests.
