Geno Bonnalie’s US Open AirBnB is the thing of nightmares.

On Monday as the staff and athletes for the US Open began arriving in New York, there was bound to be some mishaps and unfortunately Geno Bonnalie, a caddy was one of the first victims to the travel nightmare.

Bonnalie took to Twitter to share his new accommodations after his pre-scheduled AirBnB canceled as he was arriving. And they are less than desirable, to say the least.

Bonnalie took viewers through a shocking view of his dilapidated room, all that could be found during a busy week. There were recently patched holes in the wall which he thought appeared to be bullet holes. The bathroom fixures are hanging on the walls for dear life and we aren’t sure he’s going to make it out of this place alive.

He caddies for American golfer, Joel Dahmen, who shared his friend’s video with the caption, “Geno doesn’t work for one week and this is all he can afford. God speed my friend.”

One might wonder why Danhmen didn’t just offer to let his caddie crash on his couch, but I guess you don’t mix business with friendship.

The 120th US Open takes place at the Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, New York from Sept. 14-20 and the full course and viewing information can be found here.
