Bill Murray is the greatest guest picker in the history of College GameDay.

When it comes to picking college football games, Bill Murray shows us all how to do it correctly.

The legendary comedian and actor was the guest picker on this week’s edition of ESPN’s College GameDay between the No. 17 Miami Hurricanes and the No. 18 Louisville Cardinals. Murray, whose son Luke Murray is the associate head coach of the Cardinals’ men’s hoops team, decided he needed to pick games he knew next to nothing about from a freaking rope swing chair. Legend.

When we all grow up, we want to be as cool as Bill Murray in a rope swing chair.

Murray is more of a Chicago sports fan than anything, but he loves sports almost as much as he does relaxing and starring in Wes Anderson films. As we all sat there perpetually perplexed on why Murray is picking games on College GameDay from a rope swing chair in his humble abode, we re-learned his son Chris Mack’s top assistant on the hardwood. A fantastic U of L plug right there.

Though he mostly went chalk, anybody who has any semblance of brain must absolutely take their latest mid-monthly paycheck, or whatever’s left of it, and do the only thing that makes sense in the weirdest year of our lives: You must do the Bill Freaking Murray Parlay. If you win, you will be an umpteenth as cool as Murray. If you lose, well, you’re still a loser and we’ll laugh at you.

This is what being a champion looks like. When you are the coolest 69-year-old man in the world (Nice!) who is about to turn 70 in two days, you can do whatever you damn so please on College GameDay. This year is all about getting weird. We have Lee Corso doing his thing from his palatial estate, so why not embrace Murray making the only picks that matter from a rope swing chair.

If you happened to do the Bill Freaking Murray Parlay, you let FanSided know how that went.
