Off their first loss of the season, Kliff Kingsbury’s team headed east to Charlotte. Quarterback Kyle Murray was looking to rebound after a three-interception outing in the home loss to the Lions. He ran 78 yards on six carries and threw three touchdown passes, with one interception. But the Arizona defense wasn’t up to the task as the Panthers amassed 444 total yards, including 168 yards rushing. And the Cardinals did not sack Teddy Bridgewater.

Last week, the Panthers came away with their first win of the season and snapped a 10-game losing streak dating back to last year when they surprised the Chargers in Los Angeles. On Sunday, Matt Rhule’s club hosted the Arizona Cardinals and it was a big afternoon for the Carolina offense, which rolled up 444 total yards and thrived on third and fourth down. Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and the Panthers’ attack controlled the clock for 37:08.

Off a tough setback at Foxborough in which the Las Vegas’ defense surrendered 250 yards on the ground, Jon Gruden’s club hosted the Bills. And for the second straight Sunday, the Raiders gave up 30-plus points. Paul Guenther’s defense sacked Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen only once and failed to come up with a takeaway. Derek Carr threw for 311 yards and two scores the team trailed 17-6 in the second quarter and never caught up.
