No NFL team is perfect. With the trade deadline approaching on November 3rd, each team must assess their roster and where their season is headed. Here is one player that each team should trade for.

We all love cheering for our teams week in and week out. As I watch each NFL game, I try to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team. Some teams will need much more improvement than others. With the trade deadline approaching, teams must evaluate their season and their roster more than ever before. Whether it’s trading for a player on an expiring contract, or a young asset buried on the depth chart, these are players that all 32 teams should explore.

For example, which teams should trade for Julio Jones, Patrick Peterson or Zach Ertz? Some teams need to make a big trade to get them into Super Bowl contention, whereas others need to improve their depth at a position of need.

Let’s dive into my trade targets for each team.

First up, the Arizona Cardinals.
