Chicago White Sox. 1. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. AL Central. . 128

The White Sox swung for the fences last offseason to surround their young core with quality veterans, and acquisitions like Yasmani Grandal and Edwin Encarnacion helped Chicago reach the playoffs after over a decade without the postseason. Having said that, one of the acquisitions that did not pan out was Nomar Mazara, as the former Ranger mustered just one home run while disappointing at the plate and in the field. The White Sox haven’t been shy about cutting checks, and doing so for Ozuna should be their next move.

The outfield is what will carry this team to wins over the next decade, as Eloy Jimenez and Luis Robert both look like perennial All-Stars in left and center field. In Chicago, Ozuna could either DH or take an outfield spot while providing his usual brand of crushing power. If Ozuna ends up on the South Side, the White Sox should be considered AL Central favorites and World Series contenders.
