Michigan State basketball unveils new uniforms and they’re straight fire (Photos)

The Michigan State basketball team took to Twitter to showcase their new uniforms and Spartans fans are going to absolutely love them. 

With the college basketball season not too far away, hoops fans everywhere are excited to see what some of the top teams will be able to accomplish this year, especially after the 2019-20 campaign ended prematurely due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Among the teams expected to make serious noise of course will be the Michigan State Spartans, who will once again be led by veteran head coach Tom Izzo. And when Michigan State does take the hardwood next, they’ll be doing to in some pretty awesome jerseys.

Michigan State basketball will rock new uniforms this year

As you can see from the photos in the tweet posted above, those new jerseys are pretty dang sweet. Spartans fans will of course hope that Michigan State will be able to play as good as they look, which very well could be the case thanks to another year with a loaded roster.

While not having Cassius Winston around will be a tough adjustment for the Spartans, guys like Rocket Watts, Aaron Henry and others will be ready to lead the team this winter. Henry was ready to leave school early to head to the NBA Draft, but he withdrew his name from consideration and is back to try and help his team get back to the Final Four.

Last season, Henry averaged 10 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. Izzo will undoubtedly look to Henry to have another strong year and see his averages go up. With the college basketball season all set to start on Nov. 25, we’ll have to wait and see what Michigan State will have in store for this campaign. At the very least, we know they’ll be donning some incredible jerseys for fans to enjoy.
