Running Back: Alvin Kamara $9,000

Going for broke on a running back can go one of two ways. It either ruins the entire lineup, or it puts players in the money. Those who went with Ezekiel Elliott last week hoping it would be a good matchup for the Cowboys found it almost impossible to make it up at other positions. However, the 43.8% of players that had Alvin Kamara in their lineup was happy with the results once again.

Kamara was able to do all this without even scoring a touchdown. This week, His 148-yard performance showed that the Saints offense is still driven by the running back, especially with Michael Thomas still on the sidelines for an unknown amount of time.

The Chicago Bears could be a very interesting opponent. Ronald Jones ran for over 100 yards against them a few weeks ago, but they were able to stop Mike Davis in Week 6. The Bears allow big yards to running backs on the ground, but through the air they aren’t hurt like other teams. The defense seems to have options at linebacker that keep up with the normal running back. However, not all running backs are even close to Kamara.
