Entire Dodgers team test negative for COVID-19 following World Series win

It’s been a whirlwind 24 hours for the Los Angeles Dodgers who secured their first World Series win in 32 years and then were promptly thrust into the controversy surrounding Justin Turner and a positive COVID-19 test.

In the 8th inning, Turner was removed from the field and placed into isolation due to having tested positive for COVID-19. Just moments later the Dodger won the World Series and the team celebrated on the field. At some point, Turner removed himself from isolation and returned to the team to celebrate violating COVID protocols.

Now, less than 24 hours later it’s been revealed that every team member, except Turner and his wife, have tested negative and are being flown back to Los Angeles, together.

The MLB has launched an investigation into why Turner removed himself from isolation but not why he was allowed to play, to begin with.
