Oklahoma State football decided to mess with Cameron Dicker the Kicker on this field goal try.

Oklahoma State football took it up a notch in trying to troll the Texas football kicker.

Cameron Dicker was attempting a 31-yard field goal for the Texas Longhorns on the road vs. the No. 6 Oklahoma State Cowboys. It may have been a chip-shot field goal for Dicker, but the Boone Pickens Stadium videoboard decided to give us one heck of an attempted troll job. Said videoboard displayed several thin yellow vertical stripes to try to throw Dicker off his rhythm to no avail.

How is this legal? If it is legal, expect it to be outlawed by Sunday afternoon.

The move didn’t work for Oklahoma State

Even though the Pokes are the No. 6 team, they felt that a little bit of over-the-top pettiness might tip the scales in their favor on this field goal attempt. While Dicker did miss a PAT later in the game, his kick was true on the 31-yard attempt.

With another conference loss, it would essentially mean the Longhorns would be out of it for the Big 12 Championship game. Oklahoma State was the only undefeated team in the Big 12 heading into Saturday’s action. With the Kansas State Wildcats falling earlier in the day to the West Virginia Mountaineers, the Pokes are the only Big 12 without a conference defeat this season so far.

Dicker was able to read between the lines and give his team three points despite the videoboard.
