College football DFS picks November 5: Go Strong

We had the MAC showcase for Wednesday night’s college football DFS tournaments. We have the Mountain West showcase in the Thursday night college football DFS tournaments.

We have the Nevada offense against what I assume is supposed to be the Utah State defense. They just haven’t put up much of a fight yet. The nightcap features the Wyoming defense against the Colorado State lack of defense. Is the slate really that easy? Let’s dig deeper!

I had a solid Saturday last week, but unfortunately only had Elijah Moore and Etienne together in one lineup. The scores were enormous across the board, so even putting half my lineups over 200 didn’t result in much of a profit. So it goes sometimes. The cash lines shouldn’t be that high here.

Most offenses in the MAC run the ball well and often. That doesn’t lead to super high scores in college football DFS or otherwise.

The scoring for DraftKings college football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap!

The super flex replaces the defense, which is essential in college football. This is all about the offense. College football DFS scoring realizes that!
