LeBron James paid tribute to King Von after his tragic death
Now before anyone starts accusing LeBron James of trying to make the moment about him, that “#LeVonJames” is a reference to King Von’s mixtape entitled Levon James. James’ hashtag in his tweet is sharing love for an artist who did the same to one of the NBA’s all-time greats with the title of his mixtape, and if anything, it’s a great sign of respect of the young rapper’s work and his life.
In an election week that’s cause plenty of stress for us all, King James took a moment to shout out the life of one of his favorite artists who had a bright future ahead of him and is tragically gone too soon.
