Kyle Busch, driver of the Skittles Zombie Toyota, celebrates in victory lane after winning the NASCAR Cup Series Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 500 at Texas Motor Speedway on Oct. 28, 2020, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Texas Motor Speedway is known on the NASCAR circuit as having one of the most sought after Victory Lane celebrations. In addition to winning a big race, the driver gets a cowboy hat but also a custom pair of six-shooters only made for the winner. They put blanks in there that the driver fires off and combine that with the fire and confetti, it makes for a pretty interesting Victory Lane celebration. Of course, it’s punctuated this year with the restrictions of COVID not having the team and sponsors there to celebrate with winning driver Kyle Busch.

Before the start of Sunday’s game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys, it was billed as the battle for first place in the NFC East. The Cowboys were down to their third-string quarterback and utilized a lot of unusual plays to try and make their offense work. The Eagles also struggled to maintain possession of the ball. There were a lot of turnovers from both teams in this Sunday night matchup. In this image, Rodney McLeod of the Eagles had recovered a fumble and ran it in for a touchdown. Russell Canouse of D.C. United reacts after scoring an own goal past Bill Hamid during the second half of the game against the New England Revolution at Gillette Stadium on Nov. 1, 2020, in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

D.C. United faced off against the New England Revolution on a cold night with relentless rain that lasted the duration of the match. Despite the empty stadium due to COVID precautions and inclement weather, the match remained close and with the same intensity as any I’ve seen. After heading into half time down by a goal, the Revolution came out fighting. One of their chances on goal had extra help from D.C. United player Russell Canouse, who deflected a shot past his own goalkeeper Bill Hamid to even the score between the teams. Canouse and Hamid fell deflated, and the Revolution seized the momentum to go on to win 4-3.
