Georgia’s Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint suffers ugly injury reminiscent of Dak Prescott vs. Florida
By John Buhler
Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint had to exit the game for Georgia football due to injury.
Georgia football will be without wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint the rest of the year.
Up 7-0 early in the first half, Georgia Bulldogs quarterback Stetson Bennett IV found Rosemy-Jacksaint to go up two scores on a 32-yard touchdown strike.
Unfortunately, as Rosemy-Jacksaint was tackled to the turf, his ankle bent in a way a lower extremity never should. His foot was visibly hanging in a way that should not happen in an eery reminder of the ankle suffered by Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott earlier this year. Rosemy-Jacksaint was carted off the field with what appeared to be a fractured ankle.
The CBS broadcast will provide an update on his condition as they learn more.
