The 2020 NBA calendar has been flipped upside down and the draft if finally set to take place Wednesday night. The Minnesota Timberwolves have the top pick and the already stacked Golden State Warriors at sitting at pick No. 2.

There should be the usual trades and surprise picks as we are just over month away from the start of the 2020-21 season. These rookies will be in training camp right away and fans will not have to wait long to see how their team did in this draft.

Here is how to watch the 2020 NBA Draft online

Date: Wednesday, Nov. 18
Time: 7 p.m. ET
TV Info: ESPN
Live Stream: WatchESPN

This will be a unique draft as the picks are being announced from ESPN’s studios in Bristol. This is just the way of the world in 2020 and the players shouldn’t mind much when they end up receiving this life-changing news. The event gets underway at 7 p.m. ET and ESPN has the coverage both on television and online.

Anthony Edwards stands out as the favorite to be taken No. 1 overall, but there is no obvious favorite in this year’s class. LaMelo Ball is also an option to be taken with the top pick and James Wiseman is a player to keep an eye on as well.

The lack of a true star atop the class opens up this draft to be one we will all be analyzing for years to come. This could also be the year where the true star of the Ball family finally arrives in the NBA.

This is a monumental night for rebuilding teams like the New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks, to name a few. The Boston Celtics even have three first-round picks, giving a sneak peek at one team who could shake things up with a blockbuster trade or two. This should be a fun, if unique, NBA Draft.
