JT Daniels throws first career TD with Georgia (Video)

JT Daniels found George Pickens for his first career passing touchdown as a member of the Georgia football team.
JT Daniels got the monkey off his back by throwing his first career for Georgia as the USC transfer is looking sharp in his first start for the Bulldogs.
Daniels transferred from the USC Trojans to the Georgia Bulldogs this offseason. He was granted immediate eligibility with three years left of ball to play. He had to bide his time coming back from injury to get his turn to start again, but Daniels is surely making the most of it. Daniels was able to find wide receiver George Pickens at the back of the end zone for his first Georgia touchdown.
Does JT Daniels give the Dawgs their best chance to be competitive offensively?
Daniels was a five-star recruit coming out of high school. He played well in his true freshman season in 2018, which normally would have been his senior year of high school. Being able to be a prized recruit at a place like USC and play well there is a big deal, but that is the Pac-12 and Georgia plays in the SEC. It will be an adjustment period for him, but he does give the Dawgs hope.
If Daniels can be a stabilizing force to the Georgia offense, it would be a wonderful thing.
