Fantasy football: FanDuel NFL 2020 best lineup for Week 12

Running Back: Dalvin Cook $11,000

Fanduel is doing its best to price everyone out of the Dalvin Cook business, but even at a ridiculous $11,000, Cook is still worth what he brings to the team. Even in a losing effort, he scored 22 points against the Dallas Cowboys. He did a lot of his damage through the air, with five catches and 45 yards to go along with his 115 rushing yards. He only had one touchdown this week, but still broke the 20-point plateau.

With the news that Adam Thielen could miss the game after he was put on the COVID-19 list, the Vikings will lean further on the running game against the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers defense stepped up in a big way last week, shutting out the Detroit Lions. The Vikings offense is nowhere near the Lions’ inconsistencies when they have the ball.

Just look at what Ronald Jones was able to do the week before against the Panthers. He put up 192 yards on the ground. It was a dominant performance from the running back, who was able to pad his performance beyond his 98-yard run to the house.

Cook is the most unstoppable back in the league. Teams can gameplan to stop Cook, but he will still get his. This is an astronomical price for a player, but Cook is the kind of player who is worth whatever price Fanduel decides to place on him.
