3. Josh Allen rakes in at least 25 fantasy points vs. the Chargers

With a week off, a spiffy 7-3 record, and a date with fellow youngster Justin Herbert, Josh Allen has all the ammunition necessary to hang a gigantic fantasy week on the Los Angeles Chargers. Allen still has some accuracy shortcomings in spots, but the addition of Stefon Diggs to Buffalo’s wide receiver room has been a dandy one.

The Bills are atop the AFC East and are on pace to win the division for the first time since the film Braveheart was released. Yes, that’s two and a half decades ago. sheesh.

The Chargers are not a bad football team, though. They’re just on-brand in losing tight games. They have [what will probably be] the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year in Justin Herbert. Keenan Allen is still marvelous. The defense is loaded with playmaking names. And tailback Austin Ekeler could return from injury at any moment.

However, Los Angeles will not stymie Allen. He can run and throw, and there will be a lot of both in Week 12. The Chargers allow 23 points per game to quarterbacks. Allen is not a guy that will undercut that trend. Start Allen for a 25+ point week this weekend.
