Florida football coach Dan Mullen unleashed the fury on Gators defensive coordinator Todd Grantham for all of America to see.

Dan Mullen had no patience for Florida football defensive coordinator Todd Grantham after a series of bad plays by the Gators defense vs. Kentucky.

Mullen yelled at Grantham like a disappointed dad yelling at his teenage son for staying out past curfew or failing to clean up his room.

This is a full-on temper-tantrum level of angst from Mullen who was about to pop a gasket if the Florida defense couldn’t stop the Kentucky offense, which shouldn’t be much of a struggle.

Dan Mullen let Todd Grantham know he needs the Florida defense to be better

Florida only leads Kentucky by the score of 14-10 at halftime which is a lot closer than you, I or anyone would have thought with the way Kyle Trask is playing this year.

Plus, Trask got All-American tight end, Kyle Pitts, back for this one and he’s reached the end zone, but so far, the Wildcats have been able to remain competitive. That’s something they weren’t able to do last week against Alabama when they lost by 60.

If Florida doesn’t play better in the second half, Grantham may not want to get too close to Mullen for fear of him having his head bitten off by the third-year head coach.
