Fantasy football: FanDuel NFL 2020 best lineup for Week 13
By Nick Villano
Wide Receiver: Cooper Kupp $5,600
With Jared Goff goes Cooper Kupp. It’s a stressful fantasy lifestyle having to depend on someone as inconsistent as Goff under center. He was awful last week, and therefore Kupp’s fantasy production suffered. It seems to be an every other week situation with Goff. That is why Kupp will score 15-20 one week and then under ten the next. It comes down to quarterback.
The Arizona Cardinals have been about league average against the pass this year. It likely has a lot to do with Cam Newton’s terrible fantasy day ruining the margins last week. Still, this isn’t an awful secondary. They allowed a combined 21 catches, 202 yards, and two touchdowns to Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley two weeks ago. Kupp can definitely get points against this Cardinals secondary.
It’s still hard to tell whether the Rams are actually good or not. They added a lot of wins against the NFC East, which is basically cheating. Sean McVay needs to show he can get his team up for a big matchup. The Cardinals offense sputtered last week against the Patriots. The Rams secondary going up against a clearly injured Kyler Murray might be able to give the Rams offense ample chances to score. If Kupp is giving too many chances to score, he’s eventually going to score. This is a great value at $5,600.
Other Options: Metcalf $8,500, Justin Jefferson $7,500
