Aaron Rodgers is putting the Green Bay Packers on his back, helping a flawed team reach new heights through his his vintage form.

In the 2020 FanSided NFL quarterback rankings — which go live here every Tuesday morning throughout the regular season — we use a weighted average of current and past performances, with the former meaning more than the latter.

Let’s party…

32. player. Cincinnati Bengals. QB. Brandon Allen. 56. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

2020 stats: 289 yards | 58.3 completion % | 2 TDs | 2 INTs | 6.0 YPA | 16.1 QBR

Last Week: 32

Allen is going to be a career backup if he’s lucky. Nothing special in the arm, doesn’t take shots downfield, etc. He’s a guy.

Pick Analysis. QB. New York Giants. player. Scouting Report. Colt McCoy. 31. 31

2020 stats: 136 yards | 59.4 completion % | 1 TDs | 1 INTs | 4.3 YPA | 28.7 QBR

Last Week: NA

McCoy was terrible against the Seahawks, but it didn’t matter because the Giants’ defense was fantastic. If Daniel Jones can get back from his hamstring injury this Sunday, it’s a huge plus.

Pick Analysis. New York Jets. Sam Darnold. 30. player. Scouting Report. QB. 30

2020 stats: 1,428 yards | 58.9 completion % | 5 TDs | 9 INTs | 5.9 YPA | 35.6 QBR

Last Week: 30

Three more turnovers on Sunday, including two strip-sacks and an interception. There are always flashes with Darnold, but his process is completely broken.

Pick Analysis. 29. player. Scouting Report. QB. Jacksonville Jaguars. Mike Glennon. 52

2020 stats: 515 yards | 62.3 completion % | 3 TDs | 2 INTs | 6.7 YPA | 43.1 QBR

Last Week: 31

Glennon has actually made some good throws throughout the last two weeks, but his pair of interceptions were ugly against Minnesota. The Jaguars are getting respectable quarterback play, if nothing else.

Pick Analysis. Carson Wentz. 28. 54. Scouting Report. QB. Philadelphia Eagles. player

2020 stats: 2,620 yards | 57.4 completion % | 16 TDs | 15 INTs | 6.0 YPA | 49.3 QBR

Last Week: 27

Wentz finally got benched on Sunday for Jalen Hurts. Going 6-of-15 and taking four sacks will do that. It’s painful to think back to 2017 when Wentz was an MVP candidate, and then watch him now.

Denver Broncos. 45. Scouting Report. QB. Drew Lock. 27. player. Pick Analysis

2020 stats: 1,918 yards | 55.4 completion % | 9 TDs | 13 INTs | 6.5 YPA | 44.5 QBR

Last Week: 26

Lock threw another pair of interceptions against the Chiefs, including an ugly one in the first quarter to Tyrann Mathieu. He simply doesn’t process fast enough, and the result is bad reads and forced throws.

QB. 26. Pick Analysis. Chicago Bears. Mitch Trubisky. player. 57. Scouting Report

2020 stats: 1,069 yards | 62.0 completion % | 10 TDs | 5 INTs | 6.4 YPA | 51.8 QBR

Last Week: 29

Trubisky actually played well for much of the game against Detroit, but his performance will be remembered for the fourth-quarter fumble. It’s basically impossible for him to not make a crucial error at some juncture.

player. Pick Analysis. QB. 42. Scouting Report. San Francisco 49ers. Nick Mullens. 25

2020 stats: 1,958 yards | 67.5 completion % | 9 TDs | 9 INTs | 8.0 YPA | 45.5 QBR

Last Week: 25

Mullens is the typical quarterback who can play for stretches, then falls apart under pressure. The Bills made him throw a couple bad passes and turned them into two interceptions, essentially ending the game on Monday night.
