Kansas City Chiefs (11-1) at Miami Dolphins (8-4), 1:00 pm

Chiefs: It bears repeating that dating back to Week 12 of 2019 and including their successful postseason run that year, Andy Reid’s team is an imposing 20-1 in its last 21 contests. As of late, the Chiefs have looked somewhat vulnerable but have still managed to come away with victories and have already clinched a playoff spot for the sixth consecutive year.

The club is riding a seven-game winning streak but their last four triumphs have come by a combined 15 points. But Reid’s club has proven it can win in various ways this season. The Chiefs will face an improved Miami defense but it’s worth noting that they are tied with the Titans with an NFL-low eight turnovers.

Dolphins: From 0-7 a season ago to an impressive 13-8 in their last 21 outings, the Dolphins have shown plenty of fight since last season’s horrific start. The club is one victory away from its first winning campaign since 2016, which also marks the last time the franchise reached the playoffs. Miami’s defense continues to impress in terms of a bend but don’t break unit.

While the club is a so-so 16th in the NFL in total yards allowed and 21st in the league vs. the run, Brian Flores’ team has come up with 21 takeaways and a very-respectable 31 sacks. A season ago, the Dolphins finished last in the league with 23 quarterback traps and managed to force only 16 turnovers.
