Patrick Mahomes has an awesome message for the Chiefs after clinching the division.

There really isn’t anything that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, doesn’t do well. And on Sunday there was no falter in his step as the team clinched the AFC West in their win over the Miami Dolphins. But not only does he win, seemingly without a ton of effort, but he also has the perfect message for his teammates following the victory.

Appreciate my dogs having my back today,” he wrote on Twitter shortly after the game. “Good team win.”

He also hashtagged AFC champs, for good measure.

When you have a star player as good as Mahomes, it’s sometimes easy to forget this is a team sport and there are other players who are putting in just as much work as they are. Mahomes is making sure no one thinks he’s that type of player and gives credit where credit is due and that makes us like him even more.
