. Quarterback. Atlanta Falcons. Zach Wilson. 7. player. 44

The Atlanta Falcons followed up a stunning victory over the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 12 with a loss to the New Orleans Saints, and then went on the road and lost to the Los Angeles Chargers. In those games, the Falcons lost by a combined five points, and it was not the defense’s fault, as they have looked very good since Raheem Morris took over in the interim as head coach.

On offense, it may be time to make a move, and while he is still a very good quarterback, the Falcons could pick Zach Wilson at pick No. 7 overall. This kid has everything you look for in a franchise guy, and if the Falcons do move on from the best quarterback in team history, why not start fresh with a rookie.

Jaylen Waddle. 8. player. 59. . Wide Receiver. Miami Dolphins

Tua Tagovailoa is going to be the starting quarterback in Miami for a very long time, and he has shown that he is very capable of making plays happen at the NFL level. While he has been up and down during his rookie season, that is to be expected, and it does not help that the team does not have a ton of weapons in the passing game.

With pick No. 8, the Dolphins pass on Ja’Marr Chase, who is considered the best wideout in the draft, and instead roll with Jaylen Waddle, Tua’s former teammate at Alabama. This kid is an explosive playmaker in his own right and would be the WR1 in Miami from the get-go.

Ja'Marr Chase. 9. player. 54. . Wide Receiver. Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles finally made the move to Jalen Hurts at quarterback last week, and in his first start, he shocked the NFL landscape by leading the Eagles to a victory over the best team in the NFC in the New Orleans Saints. This is a kid who can do it all, and if he is the starter long-term, I believe the franchise is in good shape.

An issue for Hurts going forward is going to be his lack of weapons in the passing game, and they get the consensus best wideout in the draft here in Ja’Marr Chase. Chase to Hurts would be a sound heard in regularity if the Eagles can get the LSU standout, and would help Hurts development immensely.
