College football DFS picks December 29: Cowboy up!

We are now on to two-a-days for the bowl season and the college football DFS slates. Today features Oklahoma State and Miami in the Cheez-It Bowl at the Bounce House. This is followed by Texas and Colorado in the Alamodome. This is one of my favorite days of bowl season based on matchups alone! And yes, part of it is because Miami hasn’t scored a touchdown in a bowl game since the first half of the 2017 Orange Bowl against Wisconsin.

I had the wrong CCU receivers on Saturday and too much Marable. It was one of the few total losses on a college football DFS slate of the season. Let’s get back on the right side of things!

The scoring for DraftKings college football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap!

The super flex replaces the defense, which is essential in college football. This is all about the offense. College football DFS scoring realizes that!
