Week 17 is here and it’s the last possible week for start and sit options for fantasy football.

What a season it’s been. And the playoff picture is still far from settled as NFL’s Week 17 sets up to be one of the more interesting in recent memory. But it’s not just about the teams as it’s also about the fantasy football players still participating in Week 17. While many leagues have upped to Week 16 for their championships so that they don’t miss out on their best players playing, some still participate in Week 17. Which means we will not leave you hanging.

It’s been one of the craziest seasons in NFL history. That goes without saying. But the fact we are this close to the NFL playoffs shows that no matter the issue, the NFL would get to the finish line. The same cannot be said for all NFL teams, as there are still seven playoff sports to be decided, leading to an eventful finish.

Unfortunately for owners of Kansas City Chiefs players, there’s a good chance that they will be sat in Week 17 after capturing the top seed in the AFC. That’s right, it means that you will not have Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, or Travis Kelce to get you the gold. And those lucky enough to have the likes of Derrick Henry, Lamar Jackson, and David Montgomery, you will get the best version of them as they fight for playoff spots for their team.

The season has been eventful and the final week will perfectly highlight the crazy season it was. Here’s the best start and sit options for Week 17, from the best players who will be available to backups who could shine as they start for their teams with the usual starters taking a seat to rest up for playoffs.

Note: Superstars like Alvin Kamara and Nick Chubb will not be included on this list.
