Fiesta Bowl giving away free PS5’s to Oregon, Iowa State players

Iowa State and Oregon football players are all winners because they have gotten PS5’s.
Because Iowa State and Oregon football players are playing in the Playstation Fiesta Bowl, they get to take home most coveted PS5’s as a part of their bowl gift packages.
“As soon as we won the Pac-12 championship, I instantly thought of PS5 and then ring,” said Oregon wide receiver Mycah Pittman. “Then I was like, ‘Alright, I got to think ring and then PS5.’ It was really cool man because those PS5s are impossible to find right now and it’s going to be a great Christmas gift from the PlayStation bowl game.”
“It’s really sweet to get that opportunity and it’s an honor to be in the Fiesta Bowl game with this season and how much adversity we have faced, it’s so awesome. It’s the cherry on top with the PS5.”
“We knew we were going to the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl, but it didn’t hit us until Sunday, we had our team meeting, that we’re really getting PS5s,” said Oregon safety Verone McKinley III. “We were excited because at first, we thought you had to win the Fiesta Bowl to get it.”

What if the Playstation Fiesta Bowl was a national semifinals game this year?
As the Oregon Ducks and the Iowa State football team get to take home PS5’s and a Lululemon 22L Cruiser backpack, we have to wonder what could have happened is the Fiesta Bowl was part of this year’s College Football Playoff national semifinal rotation. Imagine a head coach preferring to play in the Cotton Bowl Classic and deny his players of obtaining a sacred PS5 for Christmas…
In years past, the Fiesta Bowl was sponsored by Tostitos. While most people love chips, salsa, queso and guac, every 18-to-23-year-old male would do anything to get a PS5 these days. This includes playing in front of Crash Bandicoot and Ratchet & Clank cardboard cutouts at an otherwise empty State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona in the midst of a global pandemic.
While getting a Fiesta Bowl champion ring is cool, getting a PS5 on Jan. 2, 2021, is even cooler.
