Patrick Mahomes threw an underhanded touchdown as it appears he can make a throw from every possible arm angle.

NFL fans have seen Patrick Mahomes make some crazy throws throughout his young career. Sunday night’s AFC Championship Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills saw Mahomes bring out one of his specialties.

The former MVP decided to go underhand for a touchdown to Travis Kelce to give the Chiefs a double-digit lead over a Bills team that won’t stop kicking field goals.

Mahomes remains full of surprises

There are times when Mahomes improvises and ends up making a mind-boggling play because of a quick reaction. This underhanded toss appeared to be the actual call on the field.

Plays like this just reiterate how difficult it is for opposing defenses to stop Mahomes. How many quarterbacks are going to fit an underhanded pass into a tight window near the end zone? This is all just part of his nearly unstoppable arsenal.

The pass gave Mahomes his second touchdown on a night when the Chiefs defense is coming up huge by keeping the Bills out of the end zone. Unfortunately for Buffalo, the defense was only able to hold for so long before Mahomes and the Chiefs got rolling.
