The Kentucky Wildcats have secured two Big Ten transfers ahead of the 2021 college football season.

Kentucky football fans ought to be excited about the new transfers the Wildcats will have on campus in 2021. After finishing last season 5-6, Kentucky is out to prove they’ll be back with a winning record.

The Wildcats are coming off of their third straight bowl win, beating No. 23 NC State in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. Several key Kentucky football players have already committed to returning to the school next season, which could possibly set them up for a Top 25 push.

Now, the Wildcats are reportedly getting two big transfers from the Big Ten to help bolster their roster.

Kentucky football gets two Big Ten transfers ahead of 2021 season

Pieces are moving around this college football offseason, maybe more so due to the strangeness that was 2020. Former Wildcats quarterback Terry Wilson entered the transfer portal unexpectedly last month.

It seems that Big Blue Nation may have secured his replacement and added a piece for him as well.

Former Penn State quarterback Will Levis comes to Kentucky with two years of experience under his belt already. Levis was the backup to starter Sean Clifford but got playing time after the Nittany Lions started the season 0-5. Levis is set to graduate from Penn State in the spring and as a graduate transfer, will be eligible immediately.

The Wildcats are also adding former Michigan State wide receiver Tre’Von Morgan to the mix. Morgan will have to sit out the 2021 season due to NCAA transfer rules but could possibly become eligible given NCAA transfer legislation that is still yet to be adopted. He will have four seasons of eligibility.

Big Blue Nation seems to be looking to get back to winning under Stoops and these transfers should definitely spark some excitement.
