Nikola Jokic is the most relatable 7-footer in the NBA these days. The man just wants to eat.

Superstar center Nikola Jokic has four days in between the 2021 NBA All-Star Game and his Denver Nuggets‘ next regular-season contest vs. the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday, March 12. When asked what he wants to do on his four off-days, Jokic just wants to eat poorly. I can’t blame him, and neither should you.

While Jokic has done a marvelous job of transforming his body in the last year or so, he does enjoy eating food that is terrible for him every now and then. Though he is no longer pounding Coca-Cola like it is water like he did in his youth in his native Serbia, the best player on the Nuggets roster deserves a cheat day or two in between basketball games. We just gotta let the big dog eat then.

How does Nikola Jokic make the most out of his All-Star weekend cheat day?

Because you only live once, sometimes you have to treat your temple of a body like a tent. Jokic is a professional athlete and he is going to burn all these excess calories anyway. So if he wants to do this cheat day right, he has to start early Tuesday to best treat yo self. If he does not have the meat sweets after consuming a hearty English breakfast before 9:00 a.m., then Jokic did it wrong.

After consuming enough eggs, meat and potatoes to feed a small family, Jokic must not decide between two or three fast-food joints for lunch and get them all delivered to him by 1:00 p.m. After chowing down on some burgers, fries and definitely pizza, he must consume a seven-course meal from a noted chain restaurant. Even if they only offer five courses, add two more to the mix.

As long as he has time to sleep on Wednesday and Thursday, Jokic can be game-ready by Friday.
