Kyle Kuzma had a strong showing in the Los Angeles Lakers’ win over the Charlotte Hornets last night, and it seems his confidence continued to ooze off the court.

Kuzma dropped 24 points and had four rebounds, helping hold off a late Hornets surge in the fourth quarter. But it was his taste in fashion that really got people talking — in the postgame press conference, he donned a striking set of spectacles that many initially believed were photoshopped on. Can you blame them?

Twitter had a field day with Kuzma’s choice of eyewear, comparing his glasses to other big rims:

Where in the world did Kyle Kuzma get those glasses?

Somebody even compared Kuzma’s rims to the Groucho Marx disguise glasses, and the resemblance is uncanny. Despite all the mockery, Kuzma hasn’t been afraid to show off different forms of eyewear in the past. Two years ago, Kuzma suffered an eye injury in a scary accident against Oklahoma City, causing him to wear protective glasses at practice.

Fans were quick to point out the similarities between Kuzma and James “Big Game” Worthy, who famously wore goggles for most of his career after suffering a scratched cornea in 1985.

Barring all injury-related eyewear, however, Kuzma’s postgame shades definitely take the cake for the flashiest and most ridiculous accessory in fashion that night. We’re just itching to see what statement will Kuzma make next.
