Russell Wilson and Ciara will do their part to spread the word about getting COVID-19 vaccines.

Russell Wilson wants you to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

Roll Up Your Sleeves will air on NBC Sunday with the Seattle Seahawks quarterback and his wife Ciara serving as the hosts.

In conjunction with President Joe Biden, Wilson and Ciara will do their part to educate the masses about the importance of getting a COVID-19 vaccine, as well as dispelling any of the misleading rumors about getting a vaccination.

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will also take part in the COVID-19 vaccination special airing on NBC Sunday.

There will be several other famous guests and celebrities appearing throughout the show.

Russell Wilson, Ciara are doing their part to help the United States get vaccinated

While getting a vaccine is voluntary, this hour-long special will help educate viewers to make the best decision for themselves and their families.

Well over 570,000 Americans have died with COVID since the global pandemic first came to the United States in March 2020. President Biden has made it abundantly clear every American who wants a vaccine can get one by this spring.

For a vaccine to be developed, it usually takes several years of clinical trial and error before it gets to the public. Since developing a COVID-19 vaccination was fast-tracked last year, we now have several versions of the vaccine quickly becoming readily available. If Wilson, Ciara and President Biden can encourage someone to get vaccinated, then the TV program was worthwhile.
