LB. 194. 42. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. TCU. Garret Wallow. player

Ryans was able to work with Saleh, who helped produce two top-level linebackers and Fred Warner and Dre Greenlaw. In the base 4-3 frame, the 49ers could use a WILL for the future. Wallow is another safety turned linebacker that never lost the cover skills. He’s a developmental player, but he has the ability to win in blitzes and make clean tackles. Saleh expected nothing less. Neither should Ryans.

Pick Analysis. TE. Kylen Granson. 230. player. 42. Scouting Report. SMU

Tight end might be the strangest role to address. It’s not a position San Francisco really needs to target since they have George Kittle, but you can never have too many pass-catchers. Granson struggles in blocks, but as a receiving threat, he might have the most upside of Day 3 targets. In his final season with the Mustangs, he averaged 16 yards per catch. Shanahan loves role players and Granson would certainly fit the bill at the next level.
