Come Thursday, Walker Buehler will take the bump for the Dodgers, while Ryan Weathers will get the nod for the visiting Padres. Which team will end up coming out on top?

LA will send out Buehler to open things up against San Diego and he’ll enter the game with plenty of confidence. Thus far this campaign, the righty is 1-0 with a 2.00 ERA. In three starts, Buehler has given up four earned runs over 18 innings of work. Not bad at all.

Against the Padres, though, he’ll have the difficult task of trying to silence their loaded lineup. The same can be said for Weathers, as the Dodgers are stacked from top to bottom. On the season, Weathers is also 1-0, with a 0.93 ERA. We’ll see is Buehler or Weathers can end up powering their team to victory.
