LeBron James honored the life of Terrence Clarke in a heartfelt Instagram post Thursday night.

Terrence Clarke’s tragic passing disrupted the entire sports world, leading players like LeBron James to pay their respects after his untimely death.

Clarke was killed in a car accident on Thursday afternoon in the Greater Los Angeles area. He was only 19-years-old and was getting ready for the upcoming 2021 NBA Draft after his lone season with the Kentucky Wildcats. The Los Angeles Lakers star forward took to Instagram late on Thursday night to honor the life of the promising guard out of Kentucky with this classy post.

Clarke was represented by the same sports agency as James, Klutch Sports.

LeBron James was not alone in feeling heartbroken in Terrence Clarke’s passing

Even though Kentucky had its worst season in program history, Clarke was one of the shining stars on John Calipari’s team. The Wildcats head coach sent out a heartfelt message about losing one of his former players. Calipari has been synonymous with the one-and-done era of college basketball, but he has always been about his players since arriving in Lexington many years ago.

James’ post celebrating Clarke’s life on Instagram was simple, but incredibly classy of him.
