NFL schedule release: Complete list of every Monday Night Football game

Ravens-Colts and Browns-Steelers are among the highlights of the 2021 Monday Night Football schedule.

The NFL schedule has been leaking all day but now we can officially look at the totality of ESPN’s Monday Night Football package. The look of the package is slightly different thanks to the league’s new television contracts with ESPN but the overall lineup of games is still solid.

One major change fans will notice right away is that the traditional Week 1 Monday night doubleheader is no longer in existence. That extra game was tacked onto Week 17 instead but the NFL is making up for it by moving two games to Saturday night of Week 18 for a doubleheader, although those contests won’t be announced until the end of Week 17.

Another big difference will be the ability for the NFL to flex games into Monday Night Football starting in Week 12. This change will allow the league to replace matchups that looked attractive on paper at the beginning of the season but turned into disasters, ensuring that late-season games are more competitive.
