With the latest news on cryptocurrency continuing to fall this week, Patrick Mahomes delivered a priceless reaction on his Twitter account.

Across the globe, countless folks are losing thousands of dollars, even millions, due to the wild fall of cryptocurrency. Once healthy and providing everyone with some major benefits, the opposite has been the case and people are panicking.

Is Kansas City Chiefs signal-caller Patrick Mahomes? Well, maybe not so much, but he delivered a priceless reaction to things on his Twitter page. Something tells us he may have lost a penny or two with how things have played out.

Patrick Mahomes reacting to crypto’s fall proves he’s human after all

With a simple gif, Mahomes confirmed he’s not only human, but that he’s blown away in a negative way just like all of us out there. With him signing a $502 million contract, we can only hope he didn’t lose too much here.

At the end of the day, though, being a $500 million man sure does give him the flexibility to lose a little bit. Regardless, while this crypto news is a bummer, Mahomes sure has bigger things to worry about. He’s been crushing it in his rehab from offseason foot surgery.

The man is clearly focused on avenging the Super Bowl loss to Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this past February. The Chiefs were dominated in that loss, leaving a sour taste in Mahomes’ mouth.

Looking forward to next season, however, the Chiefs are the favorites to take home the Lombardi Trophy for the second time in three years. Should Mahomes get that job done, he’ll further cement his status as one of the best athletes around. Who knows, maybe cryptocurrency will be as strong as Kansas City’s newly-built offensive line by next winter too. We can all dream.
