What channel is Jazz vs. Clippers Game 1 and when will the action take place? 

The Western Conference semifinals have arrived, giving NBA fans a juicy matchup between the No. 1 seed and a team that would have battled for that top spot if not for injuries.

The Jazz are out to prove they’re for real. The Clippers need to prove their star power is enough.

The Jazz definitely had an easier time getting into the second round. While they were stunned by the Grizzlies in Game 1, they didn’t let that setback get them down. Utah an away with the next four games to advance.

Mitchell was the star man as expected in that series. He averaged 28.5 points per game. Meanwhile, Rudy Gobert dominated the boards with 13 rebounds per game.

The big question mark hovers over assist leader Mike Conley, who reaggravated his hamstring issue in Game 5. He practiced in part on Monday, but his status for Tuesday’s game is still up in the air.

The Clippers needed seven games to get past the Mavericks. They lived on the edge throughout the series, falling behind 2-0 at home, then winning two games on the road before losing again at home. They were one loss away from elimination but pulled out two victories when they mattered most.

Leonard averaged 32.1 points per game during the series to leave no doubt about his value as a playoff warrior. Los Angeles is a title contender so long as he’s playing well. Paul George was more Playoff P than Pandemic P with 23.6 points, nine rebounds and 5.7 assists per game.
