Headlined by Connor McDavid winning his second Hart Trophy, here’s the complete list of winners from the 2021 NHL Awards.

The NHL recognized the league’s best players from the 2021 regular season in a virtual awards ceremony on Tuesday night. Find out who won what with this complete list of winners from NHL Awards 2021.

NHL Awards 2021: Connor McDavid wins Hart Memorial Trophy

Edmonton Oilers forward Connor McDavid won his second Hart Memorial Trophy, awarded to “the player judged to be the most valuable to his team.” After putting up 33 goals and 72 assists in the shortened 56-game season, McDavid became the second NHL player in history to win the award unanimously. The only other person to do this? Just some guy named Wayne Gretzky.

Note that this version of the NHL MVP award is selected by panelists from the Professional Hockey Writers Association. The league also recognizes who the players themselves think is most outstanding via the Ted Lindsay Award, which McDavid also won along with the Art Ross Trophy as the league’s scoring champion.

NHL Awards 2021: Marc-Andre Fleury wins Vezina Trophy

Marc-Andre Fleury of the Vegas Golden Knights won the 2021 Vezina Trophy as the league’s top goalie. It’s the first time taking home these honors for the 36-year-old veteran, who was also named a Second-Team NHL All-Star for the first time in his career. We’re not sure why the best goalie wouldn’t be a First Team selection, but the Vezina Trophy is the more prestigious award anyways.
