With rumors flying left and eight for Europe’s summer transfer window, Bayern Munich superstar Robert Lewandowski is being linked with a move to Real Madrid.

It’s that time of the year where big-time moves are being made all across Europe. Manchester United got things started by landing Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund. Now, could another playmaker in Germany be on his way out, this time to La Liga?

Robert Lewandowski is no doubt one of the best strikers in the world. This week, reports are surfacing that Real Madrid is interested in bringing him to Spain. Could Lewandowski end up suiting up for Los Blancos?

Robert Lewandowski is being linked with a potential move to Real Madrid

According to Marco Ruiz of as.com, his sources are telling him that Lewandowski dreams of playing for Real Madrid. On top of that, Madrid also has interest in having him join the squad.

The La Liga giants are in the bit of a rebuild, as they’re hoping to get back to their elite level. They just said goodbye to longtime captain Sergio Ramos, who signed a new deal with Paris Saint-Germain.

While Lewandowski is under contract with Bayern Munich through the 2023 campaign, things could get done here to let him head to La Liga. Lewandowski of course isn’t the only player that’s been mentioned for Real Madrid, as the club also has interest in Kylian Mbappe, Paul Pogba, Erling Haaland and others.

While Mbappe and Haaland are considered to be the priority for the long-term future of the squad, adding Lewandowski would of course be massive news. Right now, things are up in the air for Madrid’s summer plans, but we’ll see if things end up progressing here in talks with Lewandowski.
