When is the NHL Expansion Draft for Seattle Kraken? Here’s everything you need to know to watch the creation of the newest NHL team.

It’s finally here: the Seattle Kraken have officially become an NHL team.

The Kraken have technically been an NHL team ever since the final second of the Stanley Cup rolled off the clock and the 2020-21 season came to an end. But even though we’ve had the logo reveal, the merch has dropped, a head coach has been hired and a new stadium built, it finally feels real now that a roster has been set.

Seattle will pick its first-ever roster on Wednesday night, with picks from Ron Francis and company leaking throughout the day. Even though picks — and non-picks — are being leaked, the roster will be officially announced and rolled out in grand fashion.

What channel is the NHL Expansion Draft on?
