Aaron Rodgers is reportedly returning to the Green Bay Packers for the 2021 NFL season.
After an offseason chock full of nothing but drama, the reigning NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers is reportedl0 intends to return to the Green Bay Packers for the upcoming season.
With speculation of him possibly retiring out of spite, Rodgers will indeed return to the only NFL franchise he has ever played for. The 38-year-old quarterback is under contract with the Packers through the 2023 season, but there is a potential out in 2022. This is why many believe this will be the final season Rodgers plays for the Packers.
While the reviews are mixed, most expect one last good year out of him with the Packers.
#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers has indicated to people close to him that he does plan to play for GB this season, sources say. That is the expectation. Many factors at play, but with GM Brian Gutekunst saying he is “hopeful” for a positive outcome, there is a glimmer of optimism.

Aaron Rodgers will reportedly return to the Green Bay Packers for 2021 season
Even if it feels like a one-year thing at this point, many Packers fans are just happy to have their star quarterback back in the fold. This means Green Bay will remain Super Bowl contenders out of the NFC North.

However, not everybody is pleased with all the offseason drama surrounding Rodgers. They understand that he is a fantastic player, but his feud with the Green Bay front office has created a fracture within the rabid fanbase.

Ultimately, the losers in all this are the Packers’ three NFC North division rivals, as the Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings will all likely be looking up at Green Bay in the division standings once again this year.
We all knew Aaron Rodgers was gonna be playing for Green Bay this season.
