Some concern has come in for the Dallas Cowboys, as star quarterback Dak Prescott just left the practice field without throwing.

Dallas Cowboys fans are worried sick right now and it’s easy to understand why. With the team opening up training camp this week, all eyes are on superstar quarterback Dak Prescott. Unfortunately, Wednesday has proven to be a not-so great day.

Moments ago, the stud signal-caller left Cowboys practice, jogging off the field after speaking with a team trainer. Prescott didn’t throw while at practice, either.

Dak Prescott left practice on Wednesday due to soreness in his throwing arm

According to Cowboys insider Jon Machota, Prescott’s injury doesn’t appear to be serious, as he’s dealing with soreness in his throwing arm. This of course is massive news for Mike McCarthy, as the Dallas head coach is depending on Prescott to return to his playmaking days.

After suffering his fractured ankle against the New York Giants last year, Prescott has been working around the clock to get himself back to full health. While him jogging off the practice field and not being able to get in a full session is a bummer, it just looks to be a little soreness.

Remember, Prescott hasn’t been tossing the ball around like normal in a while. It’s not a massive shock that he’s a big banged up. At the end of the day, this is a minor injury and shouldn’t keep him sidelined for long. It he does miss some practice time, though, then Cowboys fans surely will start to freak out a bit.
